At Codifi Medical Coding & Consulting, LLC, we strive to provide excellent training and complete customer satisfaction. However, we do understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary. Please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below.

A non-refundable deposit is required

Online courses may be canceled for a full refund minus the nonrefundable deposit within three (3) days after the date of purchase, provided that the student has not accessed the online course.

Refunds will not be issued for any course accessed, viewed, or partially completed, and no refund is available for any course after 30 days from the purchase date.

There are no refunds for AAPC Membership, exams, or purchased books.

Any materials purchased are non-refundable, and you are entitled to keep the materials (ex-books, exams, memberships).
Refund process:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@codifimedicalcoding.com Provide your order details and contact information. We will guide you through the necessary steps to process your refund.
Timeframe for refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund request's approval date. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment method provided.
Change to refund policy:
We (Codifi Medical Coding & Consulting, LLC) reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates.
